Scope

What we remove

Selective demolition for remodels, hardscape rip-outs, and site prep. If it needs to come out before the new work goes in, that's the job we do.

01 / Interior

Interior tear-out

Kitchens, baths, flooring, walls, and fixtures pulled back to stud and subfloor. Protected access routes, contained dust, and nothing left for your framer to clean up.

  • Cabinet & fixture removal
  • Non-structural wall removal
  • Floor covering & subfloor
  • Plastic containment
02 / Concrete

Concrete & flatwork

Driveways, patios, walkways, slabs, and footings. We saw-cut clean lines, break, and remove — including reinforced slabs and old hardscape that has to go before a rebuild.

  • Saw-cut edges
  • Reinforced slab removal
  • Paver & wall demolition
  • Concrete recycling
03 / Structures

Sheds & outbuildings

Detached sheds, carports, decks, fencing, and small accessory structures taken down and hauled out. Foundations pulled and the ground left graded flat.

  • Deck & pergola removal
  • Shed & carport teardown
  • Fence & retaining removal
  • Foundation extraction
04 / Site

Clearing & haul-off

Overgrowth, stumps, old landscape, and accumulated debris cleared off the property. Loads sorted so recyclable material doesn't get billed at landfill rates.

  • Vegetation & stump removal
  • Debris sorting
  • Metal & concrete recycling
  • Rough grade & cleanup

Sequence

How a demo job runs

Demolition goes wrong when steps get skipped. This is the order we work in, every time, on every property.

01

Walk the site

We look at access, what's structural, where the utilities run, and what's actually behind the wall. You get a fixed number, not a range that moves later.

02

Survey & permits

Pre-1990 structures get an asbestos survey by an accredited inspector before anyone touches them. Permits pulled where the scope requires one.

03

Disconnect & protect

Utilities located and shut off, floors and openings protected, containment set. Neighbors and driveways accounted for before the first swing.

04

Demolition

Controlled removal, working top-down and in the order the structure allows. Dust suppressed, openings sealed at the end of each day.

05

Sort & haul

Concrete, metal, and clean wood separated from landfill waste. Loads tracked, disposal receipts included with your invoice.

06

Clean handoff

Swept, graded, and photographed. Your next trade shows up to a surface they can start on instead of a pile they have to deal with.

Standards

The part most people skip

Asbestos comes first

Oregon DEQ requires an accredited asbestos survey before most demolition on older structures — and the fines for skipping it land on the property owner, not just the contractor. We line the survey up before we quote, so it's a known line item instead of a mid-job surprise.

We're the demolition side of Deschutes Landscapes, a Bend design-build company that's been putting hardscape and outdoor spaces in the ground across Central Oregon. Same crew standards, same phone number, same people who answer it.
